Dear Mr. Stewart
RE: E-Mails to Grand & Toy Corporate Stores
It has come to our attention that you have been forwarding e-mails and attachments to our corporate stores, relating to the lawsuit by some of the licensees. Your e-mail yesterday stated that: “Anyone not wanting to receive future e-mails, please simply let me know.”
As the owners of the corporate stores, we are advising you to immediately stop sending e-mails to our corporate stores. Since the corporate stores have no involvement with the lawsuit, we consider your communication with them as interference with business. Please desist immediately.
If you fail to do so, we will refer the matter over to our lawyer.
Yours truly,
Grand & Toy Limited
